Once your deposit has been received, the details of your hat order will be discussed. The artist will reach out to you to determine the style of hat of your choice, the color of hat and materials to be used, as well as a reasonable timeline for completion.
Once your hat is complete, pictures will be provided to you for review. The remainder of your hat cost will then be due prior to shipment.
